Edit: Five years later, still working in 2023, they've lasted through a ton of workouts and held up to sweat without having problems. I don't understand why these went from $85 in 2018 to $25 now (especially with inflation) so I don't know if the quality was lowered at some point or what's going on...$60 price drop from 2020 to 2022 on a site that tracks price history. Strange...
After having these headphones for over a week and a half, I still love them. I just charged them for the second time since I purchased these. I workout at the gym every day except Saturday and Sunday; however, when I workout it is for no less than an hour at a time. These headphones did not slide like even earbuds tend to do when being in the zone. Did I mention that I love these headphones? I also love the fact that I no longer have to hunt for the pause, fast forward or repeat buttons. I just left my finger and click. I love that. These are truly hands-free for me. I no longer waste time pushing buttons on my iPod. It's all in the headset. No wire to get pulled and headphones fall out during an extreme workout. Come back in a couple months or a year and see if I feel the same way as today.
I enjoyed wearing these headphones while I could. They had a good sound, did an ok job of blocking some of the ambient noise at the gym, and were comfortable to wear for a couple hours at a time. It felt like I was always charging (and also forgetting to charge) the bluetooth battery, so I reverted to using the wire connector after a couple months. That was mostly fine.
After 8 or 9 months of regular wear, the glue holding the foam pad to the headband started to come loose. I re-attached it a few times at home with super glue, but it never stayed for long. Then, just shy of 1 year, the plastic headband cracked in the middle when I went to put them on. In a move of desperation, I wrapped the whole thing in duct tape to keep the foam in place and stop the plastic from breaking further. However, the duct tape is too slick and the headphones constantly fall off my head at the gym.
It's a shame the lifespan was so short, because I liked the headphones. But I figure I could just as easily get one year of use out of headphones that are half the price.

Not so good: Flaky power switch. Sometimes doesn't turn on, often keeps cycling back and forth between on and off by itself. Automated voice ("Power on, battery high, power off, power on, battery high..." etc. etc.) is especially annoying in those situations. This quirk detracts from an otherwise pretty good set of headphones.
UPDATE: Plastic headband cracked after 2 years of moderate use. Out of warranty, so out of luck. Turns out build quality is actually really poor. Stay away from Plantronics! I certainly won't buy any of their products again...
Controls are easy to find and use while working out.
