App is basically useless, it only works when the internet router is actually fully operational, if you ever try to use the app when the internet is not working to say figure out the issue or maybe try to tell the router to reset itself, then good luck, it just keeps opening up to a screen that says you need to go to your settings to connect to a router even though you are connected and the wifi status is "connected without internet". What's the point if it can't talk to the unit to troubleshoot!

It was a great experience, until recently. ( I have updated my experience since this review, it will be at the end)I mean the service itself had it's ups and downs (it's cellular and depends on xongestion but it was getting really good for a while now. After switching from the silver Nokia to the Sagemcomm Fast that signal aggregates we have only had a great experience plus we are grandfathered into the original plan I only pay 30 bucks a month for amazing experience, and their customer sup is +

slow sluggish sometimes buffering when I'm watching TV. the towers less than a mile away as straight as a crow flies. no matter where I put the router I can see the tower from my back door and put the modem there and it still don't pick up the signals. I take the router outside I can see the tower and it still doesn't get good signal.
