Buy anything from Razer at your own risk. Their support department is structured in a way to deny all claims because standing behind their products with obvious design flaws would, in their own words, "not be fair to all of our customers who purchased a RazerCare Plan." Yes - I was honestly victim blamed by their support department.Do not be fooled by the 2-year warranty they claim covers this product. Apparently you have to pay extra to get an actual warranty. So, onto the issue with the design. I believe that this product is designed in such a way that continually places high levels of stress on an extremely thin piece of plastic during typical use.As you can see in the attached photo, the round metal passthrough connector is installed in such a way that it exerts both upward and outward force on the <1 mm thick plastic housing on the top of the headphone bracket. This force is exerted every time the headphones are pulled open in order to fit them over the ears, and over time, this force can cause the flimsy plastic to break. In looking some competitor's products, almost no one uses this type of swivel-connector approach because it's obviously faulty. A clear exception is where Corsair used aluminum instead of plastic in their Virtuoso line (Amazon ID B085J3LJX6) to obtain the same design effect, because aluminum is a material better suited to handle this repetitive stress.I feel that this design flaw is exactly why warranties exist, and to have this product fail in only 8 months of use (out of a 24 month warranty window), I feel that it should be repaired or replaced.Because they determined that normal use (putting on the headphones and taking them off again) is considered a violation of the warranty terms, I have no confidence in the warranty program for any of their products.I was forced to repair the headphones myself using a more rigid structure to secure the ear cup to the headband. It no longer swivels after this repair, but the swivel is superfluous in my opinion, so it will not be missed. Feel free to comment on this review if you would like more details on how I repaired this issue so that you can actually use your $100+ product when it inevitably breaks.

No sé si me explico.
