Customers like the comfort of the headphones. They say it has an easy-to-adjust design, and the foam padding is comfortable. They also mention that they can wear glasses without a headache.

Customers are mixed about the sound quality of the headphones. Some mention that the sound is great, with adjustable sound on the side and the mic mute/unmute button. The in-ear design does result in blocking out some background noise, and the good clarity on the headphones makes the footsteps super clear. However, others say that the sounds are muted, the microphone has insane echo, and there are audio issues with random crackling. It was simply disappointing listening to music, and it installed and my headset went back to no audio/mic.

Customers are mixed about the quality of the headphones. Some mention they are impressed with the quality and fit of the phones, while others say that the build quality is mediocre at best, it feels flimsy and cheap, and they are not made for long term use. Customers are mixed about the performance of the headphones. Some mention that the headphones have worked well for them so far, the mic works well, and the surround sound works well. However, others say that the headset is malfunctioning and has issues. The sound driver stopped responding and the Razer mic wouldn't even detect it.

Customers are mixed about the mic quality of the headphones. Some mention that the microphone is pretty good, while others say that it sucks. The haptics are not great for voice chat, and the attachable microphone stopped working randomly one day. The audio will cut out every 10-20 minutes, and it no longer retracts into the headset.
"...Better sound, way better comfort, clearer mic, and the hyper sense haptic thing is game changing.Pros:-excellent sound quality..." Read more

Customers are mixed about the battery life of the headphones. Some mention that the battery is good and the headphones are comfortable, while others say that the wireless version has a really low battery life. This headset blows the HyperX out of the water. Better sound, way better comfort, clearer mic, and the hyper sense haptic thing is game changing.
Pros:
-excellent sound quality
-Very comfortable. Ear cups don’t press on jaw like the HyperX, padding is thicker and more resilient feeling.
-Noise cancelling is just right. Little things don’t break immersion, but if someone falls down the stairs or the house catches fire, you’ll hear it.
-mic is very clear. The synapse tests and peer reviews tell me this is the clearest mic I’ve used, plus it has separate adjustable thresholds for volume, background noise filtering, and voice clarification
-Hyper Sense Haptics…. I think this was mostly for People playing FPS games, makes gunfire and such “feel” more real, but as someone who always has Spotify up while gaming, I Love the simulated base this adds in on low/medium settings. You could never get base like that from speakers that strap to your head, but the haptics can emulate having a nice sub nearby. Very nice touch.
-RGB is a tasteful accent, not garish. I also like that I can set which colors I want in my spectrum for various patterns. Setting this to just the shades of blue and green is very nice, and matches the Corsair RGB on my desk/tower
Cons:
-No mute light on mic. This is a nice feature most brands have and I’ve gotten used to. Nice visible indicator that I have my mic muted to prevent embarrassing over sharing.
-Thx surround feature sounds bad. I’m sure it’s great for FPS players that are willing to sacrifice sound quality to have better directional sense, but I’m not a FPS player so it’s not worth the drop in quality. This one isn’t really a detriment, it’s just a feature I don’t use. Sound quality with THX left off is phenomenal.
Overall I’m super excited about this one. This is the best headset I’ve had in my 15+ years of gaming headset usage. Highly recommended.
That being said; the Hypersense headphones are extremely comfortable with an easy to adjust design that doesn't pull hair or pinch skin. The ear muffs are soft and feel durable. The head band also sits firmly on your head without digging in.
The mic quality is much better than older models where there was a lot less background noise picked up and better clarity. The ability to remove the mic is also a handy feature.
Sound is crystal clear and sharp.
Noise suppression isn't perfect, but a solid 9/10. I was only able to hear the loudest of noises if I had any sound going through the headset.
And the RGB looks great and is very responsive as long as you have the appropriate apps to run it correctly.
The customization the software offers is frankly insane and offers way more than I'll ever get into, but it's there. There is EQ for every genre, you can set it to automatically switch depending on which game you're playing.
The fit and comfort is amazing. One of the major things I was looking for was that beautiful faux leather padding. Ever since I've been using faux leather on my headsets I can never go back to cloth, and let me say, these things deliver. The clamping pressure is just right while still providing good sound deadening. Mic hair/dent is definitely a problem with these large faux leather headsets though, but for me, the benefits outweigh the inconvenience.
The sound is amazing on these things as well. I have some Sony WH-1000XM4's and of course these don't compare, but for what they are--a gaming headset--the sound is really nice and I would pick these over my Sony's for movies and videos any day.
That leads me into the "hypersense" which is just fancy talk for haptics/vibrators. And HOLY shi— ahem. They are completely game changing. I'm never NOT getting haptics on my headsets from now on. They utterly immerse you into the game. When I heard people talk about them I was expecting more of a gimmick like subtle rumble and boy was I surprised. They VIBRATE. The best way I can describe it is when you are at the movies and the speakers are so large and loud that they vibrate your chair and ears. It's like that but on a headset, which is arguably better because watching movies or any kind of action media at home now is almost like having a home theater, it's insane.
The mic is clear, better than my last one, but nothing to marvel at.
Everything about this headset is exactly what I was looking for... except the price. I managed to get it for $180. But unfortunately most wireless headsets are around $150 nowadays anyway, so I was willing to pay an extra $30 or even $50 for full price for the features. And I would %100 buy it again.
The one gripe, if you could even call it that, is that the RGB, while wide and varied with customization and animations, is not entirely accurate color wise. It's just slightly off when choosing custom colors. But that's nitpicking, this headset is great. Buy it if you can, you won't regret it.
